General Description
The SKILLED LABORER Contractor is responsible for performing a wide range of construction-related tasks across residential and commercial job sites under Empire Vue LLC. Work may vary by project and is completed under an independent contractor agreement.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform basic framing, including layout, cutting, and assembly.
- Install windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and building codes.
- Perform fixture mounting
- Assist with finish carpentry, trim, and hardware installation as needed.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas in accordance with company and OSHA safety standards.
- Handle materials and tools responsibly; report damaged or unsafe conditions immediately.

- Coordinate with site supervisor regarding daily tasks, materials, and scheduling.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in one or more of the following trades: framing, finish carpentry, window/door installation, or general construction.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, and written instructions.
- Must possess and maintain personal hand tools appropriate to assigned tasks.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must follow all general and site-specific safety procedures.
